Daiso Charcoal Mask Review

Daiso Charcoal Face mask
Daiso Charcoal Mask
Today I'll be reviewing my favourite daiso product. This face mask is so effective and its very cheap its just Rm 5.30 in malaysia and you can get so many uses out of it

Description: Formulated with the natural ingredients from Oak trees, it remover oils and all dirt and deeply clean the pore, leaving your skin cleaner with less visible pores.

Directions : How to use: After cleansing your face, every apply on the nose area and let it dry for 10-15 min. If completely dried out, peel it off starting at the bottom, pulling toward the top. *Do not use more than twice per week. *For sensitive skin, apply facial essence before using, and slowly peel it off starting at the top toward the bottom.

But be warned its kinda painfull at 1st when peeling this off but soon  you get used to it.

I have been using this for over a year now and it has effectively helped me remove my blackheads and whiteheads

After washing my face I 1st apply a thin layer to my face let it sit for few minutes than go ahead and apply a 2nd layer make sure that u have a medium thick layer on ur face
Never ever apply a thin layer on ur face
I REPEAT NEVER APPLY A THIN LAYER!!

1) because it wont be effective in removing ur blackheads and whiteheads
2) its will probably irritate your skin cause when its a thin layer its very painfull when u
you peel it off and we dont
Want irritated skin now do we

Results:
After I peel it off my skin feels smooth and abit brighter and my pores are abit less visible

Tips:
Before using this if u place a warm hot cloth on ur face and let ur pores open up its more effective

If after peeling of the mask there is still bits of the mask that cant be peeled dont go wash ur face just take a cloth wet it with room temperature water and wipe just that area. Because I read somewhere that because this mask also pull of ur facial hair on ur face so u dont want to wash ur face right afterwards cause.... ah I forgot the reason but just dont trust me
I also did that and noticed a difference

That's the end of my review
hope you found it useful
till the next time
Bye bye
and good luck
you rock!

Burmese Thanaka Review

Thanaka
Thanaka

Thanaka is a yellowish-white cosmetic paste made from ground bark. It is a distinctive feature of the culture of Myanmar, seen commonly applied to the face.

It contains:
Vitamin E
Which can help the skin fight against free radicals, harmful uv rays and polluted air.

Antibacterial properties
Which can help in dealing with acne and excess oil issues.

Ever since I heard of thanaka I have been  curious about it and finally about a week ago I got my hands on it

Ever since than I have been using thanaka every single day and it has helped my complexion alot. I have acne issues and some acne scars  using thanaka helped me fade my acne scars and tame my acne and even noticed a reduce in my pores size
I sometimes use it 2 times a day, sometimes even as a spot treatment at night.
Best part is its all natural and incredibly cheap and affordable even a small container can go a long way and its very easy to apply
Just add few drops of water to the power and bam! Ur face mask is ready. You can leave it on for how ever long you
But I personally prefer 1 n half hr or 2 I feel that's what works best for my skin

Overall rating
4.5/5

Inspirational: Compare

Few us are often used to compare  ourselves with others

This is how I learned not to compare myself with others.

Growing up I often compare myself to others. Whenever if someone was better then me at something I like , I compare myself to them and try to do better then them. I still do it sometimes.. but what I realised is that when I compare myself to others to do better then them . I am constantly failing and whenever I fail I get sad, hurt and disappointed with myself. I often look in the mirror and ask myself..why? Why cant I be like her? Why is she more better then me? I work so hard but I still can't overcome her. Its not that I compare myself just with talent... I also compare myself with many other stuff ... like body size , get everything they want and many other stuff but one thing its beauty
I don't compare about that idk why I just think ah she very pretty I wish I was as pretty but I just say it for fun , I don't really mean it. Anyway after keep on being disappointed in myself for so many times... I taught for a about it for a while like... why am I comparing myself and putting myself to disappointment .. everyone different... if she is good at something that I cant do chances are I probably can do what she can't... is it necessary for me to go through all this disappointments to be like someone else when I can be my own unique person...isn't it better to succeed in something that is meant for me other then trying to do something that is meant for someone else..I am not her  clone to compare myself to her...I am my own person..why not use the same strength and energy I put in trying to be like her to become my own person. She maybe better than me it is okay that her talent... I will one day find my own talent...she maybe thin Gets everything she wants but that's probably because deserves it and probably it is not meant for me maybe like god wants me to get something better. who cares about being thin its good to be healthy and exercise and embrace my body shape then starve myself.. I am perfect the way I am.
So I keep talking to myself like this..( I know weird right, don't judge) and try my best to be happy the way I am and not to compare myself and be happy with what I got... and always stay positive and let me tell that the best decision I made in a while ...what I also realised is that when I don't compare myself with other.. I am actually happy and not disappointed , I also realised that when I am happy with what I just have.. god grants/bless me with stuff that I never even dreamed of this has happened to be so many times...like this one time where my friend got a new phone and after a few days hmm we were having a hangout with Another friend and like that friends phone is the latest model and is quite a big phone ...so my friend made fun of my phone ..she was like out of all the phones yogitha's phone is the smallest and tried to make me feel bad and she kept showing off .. ofcourse it made me feel bad but I was still very happy with what I got ...and then few months later my friend the one who showed of with her phone was like begging her father to get a new one...I was still very happy with what I got...but then suddenly one day my dad was like yogitha I will buy you a new phone... I was like for real dad? He was like yeah tell me what you want..I was shocked and so we went to buy a phone that I saw long ago online but I was like no chance my dad is going to buy me that phone and turns out my dad brought me that phone but like the latest version and you should have seen the look of my friends face ...she was so jealous... its like few months ago she made fun of my phone and showing of her big phone and now I own a phone bigger then her and I still do ...I know it maybe not that big thing to share and abit silly but see even when I got made fun of I still was not comaparing myself and was happy with what I got and god bless me with something that I can never dream of owning it maybe something so little but those little things have made me to stop comparing myself and being happy...its not just like one or two times it was many times..it also happened with studies and many other things...and at those times I have realised that I will get what I deserve. And shouldn't compare myself with others. Ofcourse its natural for us to compare ourselves with others...it just happens before we realise it but its okay. Try to not compare yourself with others and trust me your life will be much easier and happier.

Inspirational: Ungrateful

As time flies by..people tend to grow
They tend to forget what people did for them and they are busy in their own world. They forget about the people who helped them and move on..and when the person who helped them ask them for help ...they have 100 or 1000 excuses
They may need help with something so small yet .. they make excuses...

Sounds familiar?
This is the story of your mom , your friend , your dad and anyone that has helped you.
Maybe your not that type for person but you must have atleast once in your life must have done that. Maybe you wont realise it then let my post help you remember.

Lets start with our mothers

When you were younger, she woke up earlier then you , made you breakfast Woke you up helped you get ready for school then when you come back from school she makes sure you have warm food on your plate so that you are not hunry ..and then you grow older you get married you have your own family and you have a good job and earn enough money for your family.. and you think that this is all your hardwork ..I agree it maybe your hardwork but twice the amount of hardwork you did you mom did , she raised you up she helped you when you were down , when you were about to give up she told its okay you can achieve it dont give up. And she was your pillar until you could stand up by yourself. She carried you nine months in her tummy, gave birth to you raised you. So start by being greatful to your mom because without her you wont be where you are today .. deny it all you want but that's the truth, she may be annoying and always shouting at you and sometimes embarrassing you but the  Truth is without her you are nothing  So start helping and dont make excuse
And start being thankful its not to late.

Next your friend
Yes that very friend who was your friend when no one else wanted to be or when you were lonely. The same friend who doesn't use you and is genuinely your friend. The very friend that has listen to all your rants and help you against bullies, the same friend that was always a phone call away the same friend who is always ready to comfort you when you need it no matter how busy she is ... and the same friend who always advises you...
but when that same friend need a shoulder your not there ... when that same friend is lonely... your suddenly the busiest person on earth ... when that same friend that listen to your rants..but you cant even spare a minute for her to rant and start saying she so annoying and start complaining and judging her.

 Next your dad
Your dad probably didn't get to spend that much time with you well that because he has to work hard for you so that you have a good education so that you can get anything that you want... but most importantly he works hard so that you can have food on your plate..I know that few of us are very greatful to our parents our friends and those who helped us but then there are some of us who forget it and start talking bad about the same people who were there with them even in their worst times.. I hope this post has helped you maybe realise what certain people have done for you for you in your life..start being there for them and helping them also like they did for.. and dont make excuses and start talking trash about them when they did so much for you. If you are those people who are greatful and are helpful to all those people that helped you in your life .. I am very proud of you because in The current world none of us are like that .. I even myself am ungrateful for things people did for me but I am starting to realise it. Honesty speaking from my personal experience I am one those friend that are always there for you and who always listening to your rants but what I can say is that it hurts us when we do so much for you , you don't appreciate it and are not there for us when we need you ...but you always expect us to be there for you there is also a limit to what a person can do and maybe because of this I am starting to realise what some people did for me.
So start being thankful and greatful. It doesn't have to something that you have to buy something expensive or anything just be there for them like they were for you they will appreciate it alot .

DIY: Simple And Easy tape nail art for lazy girls ( Beginner level)

Since I love nail arts here is another nail art no tools required..

I am pretty sure you all must have heard about it
Its called tape nail art..of course you can do this nail art without tape
But it will just give you a bit cleaner edge and it is also pintrest inspired

So let's get on with the tutorial
The things you will need are
1) scissors

2) tape

3) Nail polish of your choice

4) transparent/clear nail polish

Already so 1st apply your clear nail polish

Wait for it to dry meanwhile take the tape and cut out few strips and paste them on the back of your hand and then remove them do this a few times until the tape is not that sticky anymore but still a bit sticky so that it can stick on your nail.
By now your clear nail polish must have dried
So take the tape that you just cut out and start taping your nails in different angles to create shapes like this

Then start to paint you nails

Wait for it to dry a bit but not fully.
then remove the tape slowly
then if you want you can go over it with you nail polish again and add a top coat
Your end product then will look something like this

I just took another nail polish and make dots ..but you can just leave it
Or you can add nail art stones

DIY: Simple and Easy Christmas Nail art (fail)

Simple Christmas Nail art ( Beginner level)

This is a simple and easy nail art that will only take 5-10 minutes for you do to and no tools required all you need is just a bobby pin and few nail polishes and your good to go.

Let my honest with you guys I suck at nail arts ...but when I saw this online the other day my inner nail art lover freak just couldn't resist trying it out for myself. So here we go!

1st the things you will need

1 red colour nail polish , 1 green colour nail and white/nude colour nail polish and a bobby pin or toothpick.

So lets get started
1) Apply a base coat (optional)
2) Take out your red and green colour nail polishes
The ones I am using here are from Sasa.
Then pick any colour of your choice to start with and paint one of your nail with your desired colour like this

Then take a different colour and paint it to your another nail then keep Alternating to all your nails, But leave out your ring finger nail .

When you done your nails will look something like this.
Then take your white or nude nail polish and paint it on your ring finger nail . As you can see I already painted my ring finger nail in the above picture.
3) Take your bobby pin or toothpick
And start drawing a small Christmas tree ...
Just start by drawing a small triangle. .
Then draw another a bigger triangle not so big just a bit bigger compare to your 1st triangle
Then keep going until you have no more space on your nail or your satisfied with your tree

As you can see my tree ended being an epic fail
so I have to end up redoing it again
And then your final product should look something like this
I just adjusted my tree a bit and used my red nail polish to add small dots on my tree so it looks like ornaments hanging on to them.
There you go simple easy Christmas nail art for you to dress up your nails for Christmas... I know mine ended up looking bad but I am pretty sure you could do a better job then me..

DIY: Things to do when your bored

It's that time of the year again. It's year end holidays While some if us are busy with Christmas shopping (I know there is somemore time but still some of us are really excited hehehe) and then there are some of us who lie around on their bed the whole day and got nothing to do like me lol. So here I have few things to do when your bored

 1) Pamper yourself (spa day at home)

All year around we are very busy and often can't take care of good care of ourselves , so why not take this time to take care of yourself. Go online find for some good face/body/hair masks(At times like this pintrest can be your bestfriend) listen to some good music and relax with your mask on. Another thing you can do is give yourself a manicure/pedicure , I personally love giving myself a manicure because of my never ending love for nail polishes so I often do this during the holidays because unfortunately my school has no nail polish rule so yeah unlucky me.

2) Cooking

Since we are always at home so we often find ourselves running out of snacks(I know that always happens to me). So why not trying making some snacks , you can find many quick easy recipes online (Again at times like this pintrest got your back my friend) or you can just trying making the perfect hot chocolate that suits you .

3) D.I.Y

Since you got sometime to spare why not make something. Like maybe bracelets/bookmarks/cards and other type of d.i.y's for your family and friends or maybe even for yourself. My favourite d.i.y's would be making bookmarks , I remember that once for my holidays I got really bored and tried making some Pikachu and Domo Bookmarks they turned out really cute so I use it for my textbook and they brought some fun to my boring textbooks.

4) Hangout

Another you can do when your bored is that hangout with your friends . If your bored sometimes chances are your friends bored as well . So why not trying hanging out at the mall or at each others house and watch a horror movie or any other type of movie.

If all else fails just grab a good book and listen to some peacefull music or you can try improving your grade, ah who am I kidding ain't nobody got time for that but seriously though trying revising whatever you learnt so far in class but then again if u are lazy like me just do a movie/ tv series marathon. K bye bye ^_^

P.s. sorry for my poor english/grammar
